What data we process and why

• When you visit the site. To deliver the pages and protect them against abuse, our server and our network provider process technical data such as your IP address, date and time, the page requested and your browser. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in secure operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• When you write to us. We process your email address and the content of your message to reply and, if you ask for it, to prepare a proposal. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) or our legitimate interest in replying (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Cookies and analytics

This site uses no cookies, no analytics and no advertising. If you use the light/dark switch, your choice is stored in your browser’s local storage and never leaves your device. Fonts are served from our own server; no third-party resources are loaded.

Recipients

We work with hosting, network and email providers that process data on our behalf, among them Cloudflare, Inc. (network and protection) and IONOS (email). Cloudflare may process data outside the European Economic Area; such transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses. We do not pass your data to third parties for commercial purposes.

Retention

Technical logs are kept only as long as needed for the security of the service. Your messages are kept for the duration of our relationship and, afterwards, for the periods required by law.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es). The Spanish version is the binding one.
